Returns & Exchanges

At DORSAL, we stand by the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to perform at your peak, so we've made our return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
